Q: DO WE
KEEP OUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER (ISP)? A: Yes, you
need to be connected to the Internet.
Q: WHAT
DO WE DO WITH OUR CURRENT HOST? A: After we
transfer your content over to your WebAlive™, you can discontinue
your current host facilities.
Q: HOW
FAST IS THE LINK TO YOUR SERVERS? A: It is 12
gigabits per second. For example, if you have an ADSL connection it
is approximately 1000 times faster.
Q: DO
YOU HAVE AN ANTIVIRUS/ANTISPAM SYSTEM? A: Yes it
sits on our server. It's best practice to have multiple layers and
therefore WebAlive™ recommend clients also have a virus protection
on their desktop.

SUPPORT DO YOU HAVE? A: Online
24/7 plus tutorials online. Also customer service during business
hours available.

HAPPENS WITH OUR EXISTING WEBSITE? A: Our
onsite design team will cut your existing site over to WEBALIVE™
(Up to 3 static pages)

IF I HAVE AN EXISTING SITE? WHY SHOULD I PAY MONEY FOR ANOTHER
WEBSITE? A: Our
software allows you to control the growth of your website as your
business grows, without the hefty hourly costs incurred by
graphic/web designers to make changes. WEBALIVE™ provides you with
a fully maintainable CMS (content managed system).
Q: DO I
NEED A WEB ADDRESS (DOMAIN NAME)? A: Yes you
do. If you don't have one currently, we can organise this for you
and only charge standard domain registration fees, .COM $30 + TAX
for 2 years. .CA is $30/yr (We charge no additional set up costs)

CAN WE PAY? A: Credit

WE HAVE OUR OWN DESIGN? A: Yes. Our
inhouse design team can create the 'look & feel' of your
website at a low cost. Our customised design allows you to
introduce your existing artwork (logo / flash / colours / images
etc). Choose from a large library of website banner stylesheets.

Q: CAN
WE USE FLASH IN THE SITE? A: Yes, you
can upload flash within the body of content at no extra charge if
you have flash files yourself. If you don't already have flash
files, our design team can set this up for you at a minimal
fee.
Q: WHAT
IF I'VE NEVER HAD EXPERIENCE MAINTAINING
WEBSITES? A: If you
can use basic desktop software, you can easily create and maintain
your own website using WEBALIVE™.
Q: CAN
YOU SEND EMAILS ONLINE? A: Yes.
WEBALIVE™ has an email administration function which enables you to
maintain your email accounts online. (Up to 25 email addresses are
available – more on request). You can send emails to individuals or
set-up a 'group' email function. WEBALIVE™ also enables you to
forward emails onto an existing email address.
Q: WHAT
HAPPENS TO MY EXISTING EMAILS? A: Option
1: Your WEBALIVE™ emails can be forwarded to your current address.
Option 2: Keep existing email account active and continue to have
new domain emails coming through.
Q: IF I
HAVE MY OWN EMAIL SERVER IS THIS OK TO CONTINUE? A: Yes it
is we can mail forward emails to your current server.
Q: HOW
MUCH EMAIL ALLOCATION HAVE WEBALIVE™ALLOWED? A: 10mb per
email has been allocated.
Q: CAN
YOU ADD DOCUMENTS / PDF'S/ IMAGES ETC? A: Yes. The
WEBALIVE™ console allows you to browse your documents and upload or
'attach' files/images.
Q: HOW
DOES THE PRODUCT CATALOGUE / SHOPPING TROLLEY/ E-COMMERCE FUNCTION
WORK? A: There is
an e-commerce function available through WEBALIVE™ that can be
utilised at no extra cost. It allows browsing customers to purchase
your products online, using their credit card to make a payment.
Customers simply 'click' on the image of your product, where it is
added directly to the online 'shopping trolley.'
Q: WHAT
HAPPENS AFTER I SET UP? A:
WEBALIVE's™ have a customer service team that will be in touch with
you within 7 days to walk you through the software and help you get
started.
Q: HOW
MANY PAGES DO I GET ON MY WEBSITE? A: Up to
1000.
Q: DO
YOU REGISTER MY SITE WITH SEARCH ENGINES? A: Yes we
can, however the site is structurally set up for search engine
optimisation. Also we have a 'page title' set up which is the first
thing recognised by Search Engines. If you wish to have Search
Engine Optimisation, WEBALIVE™ can cost this for you.
Q: DO
YOU HAVE A STATS PACKAGE? A: Yes we
provide you with a link to your stats page that enables you to
check how many hits your site has had / number of visitors to your
site etc. ie: www.domainname/stats.jsp
Q: WHAT
HAPPENS IF I CANNOT MAINTAIN MY SITE? CAN YOU MANAGE
IT? A: Even
though WebAlive™ is the simplest and most powerful Web Solution
available on the market, sometimes you just don't have the
time...no matter how simple it is, so, if this sounds like
you...Yes we can help, at a very low $hourly rate. Just call us on

conditions are the terms on which WebAlive provide the Services to
you. These terms constitute the agreement in its entirety and
supersede prior agreements. We may modify these terms, including
the pricing for any of the Services, or give you notice under this
Agreement, by notice on our website and/or by email.
