Logo Design Process
Smart Web Canada offers effective Logo Design solutions for many different types of companies. To get started, you can visit our Order & Prices section located on below of this page to find a list of our packages, and find one that best suits you. After selecting your package, you will be directed to a design brief form. The first part is a private information section; please fill in your name, company/ practice name, as well as your mailing and e-mail addresses. The second part is crucial to the branding design process, and will help us create the right image for you. Please take your time with this section, as we need to know as much as we can about your company and how you want to appear in the eyes of your clients.
Afterwards, you will be directed to a screen prompting you with your method of payment; we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, & Pay Pal. You also have the options to either mail a cheque, or have one of our representatives call to get all the required information. We guarantee the transaction will be carried out with the highest security possible. After receiving your order, SmartWeb Canada will contact you by either telephone or e-mail to confirm your order, as well as answer any questions you may have.
Upon receiving your payment, we will begin the branding process. You will be notified by telephone or e-mail in regards to each step of the process. A team of designers will work on each logo design project, and in 2-5 working days, we will present a number of logo design drafts (depending on which package you have selected). You can then let us know of any changes you would like made; remember, this is your logo, so we want to create something YOU want.
Your input will be processed and immediately applied. Depending on what needs to be fixed, the process can take from 1-3 days to complete. If you are not satisfied with any of the presented ideas, we will provide you with new set of ideas, free of charge (this extra charge will only be free once. Any last minute alterations may raise your final price).
Once all the changes have been completed to your satisfaction, and you have finalized your logo design, depending on your package, you may be asked for company information for stationary (this usually includes business cards, envelopes and letterheads). The stationery layouts come with unlimited changes, so you can find what best suits your company/practice needs. When you are completely satisfied with the final version, we will ask for one last sign-off. Afterwards, we will send you a logo kit, which will include: PDF, GIF, JPEG, PNG (transparent), EPS, Ai versions of your logo, as well as business cards, envelopes, and letterheads designed in both PDF and INDD. You will also receive a user guide for future reference in regards to colours, typefaces, and logo specifications. For a small added fee, we can also send you a CD through the mail.
